Shipping & Return Policies

Each piece is unique and made to order, please expect up to 7-10 days before shipping. These are hand-made items, slight variations in texture and color are possible.



•We are not responsible for packages once they leave our studio and are in transit.

•We will not replace packages that are lost, stolen or missing.


•We now offer shipping insurance through Route! We highly recommend using this feature!

•Package Protection is automatically added to your cart and cost is determined by your order total. You can remove shipping insurance from your order by removing it from your cart, however, by doing so you are assuming full liability for lost, stolen or missing packages. Me Make Pretty is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages.

If you are submitting a claim through Route, please note that Route's policy requires that a claim be filed within 30 days from the last tracking update.


•Packages may take up to 7-10 days to be processed before shipping, but in most cases we try to ship within 2-3 business days.

•Please ensure that your address is correct at checkout, you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.

•Any failed deliveries that are returned to our studio will be refunded (less the shipping costs).

•All orders subject to local taxes/VAT.


•Yes! We ship internationally!

•Due to International Shipping Customs, please expect at least a month or so to receive your package if you are ordering outside of the US.

•We currently only offer shipping services through DHL for international orders.

•We're a small business and hope that you will be pleased with your order, so at this time, all sales are final. We've done our best to include as many details as possible in addition to photos so that what you see online is what you will receive.

•In the event that something is wrong with your item, or you have any issues with your order once received, you have 48 hours after receiving the shipped item to notify us of any issues. Please contact us immediately at with your order number in the subject line, photos and description of the issue and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

Upon receipt of the returned defective product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. We charge a $10 re-stocking fee for returns.

•At this time, we do not offer exchanges - unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect.
